DHYA001 Meter Counter Operation Instruction

Function
 

1. Count the numbers and length: It can detect the exact revolution and get the actual revolution or length
2. Any circumference setting is available: You can set any circumference number of the rotating object.
3. Widely length counting range: 1M~999999M
4. It can count the rotate speed and yarn speed at true time
5. Sending signal to Relay to stop the machine when the actual rotate speed reaches the setting number. At the same time, the setting area number flashes
6. It has "Start" and "Stop" button. Manual operation is available
7. There are three signal input port for broken yarn. When yarn broke during machine running, the meter counter stop the machine automatically and showing "yarn"
8. Many yarn detectors connection is available. (Need setting the "detector" parameter)

Status of meter counter
 

1. Monitoring Status:  "F1" light on, "F2","Length" and "Girth" lights off.

Under monitoring status, we only need check the "length" and "speed" value, this two numbers can't be changed

1. Setting Status: "F2","Length" and "Girth" value can be changed. After setting, the parameters are kept forever unless re-setting

Board Button

Totally 5 buttons on the board:
"Set"-Change the digits displaying or Set the parameters
"Reset" -Clear the running length, and restart from "0"
"Move"- Change the parameter position under setting status
"Count" - Change the value of flash digits under setting status
"On/Off" - Control the relative machine run or off
"F1" - Monitor the line speed
"F2" - Set yarn detecting
"Length" - Set the length





Operation
 

1. Press "Set" button to change the shown parameter or setting parameter. The parameter changes every time press the button.
2. When it is running, press "Set" button over 0.5 second the shown status is changed between "current length"and "speed".
3. When it is running, press "Set" button over 3 second, the show status is "detecting yarn", meanwhile, "F2"light turns on. Then press the "F2"button over 2 seconds, the show status is changed among "Length", "Girth"and "current length". If change the parameter of "F2","Length", "Girth"at this time, the revised parameter will be kept forever.
4. Change the parameter

Under setting status, pressing "MOVE", "Count"button can change the parameter accordingly.

1. Equipment Run and Off

Press "On/Off" button can change the status of the equipment.
If the current length is same as the setting length, the setting length value is flashing. The equipment will stop. Clear all the value to turn on the equipment.

1. Clearing the current length

1. When equipment is off and the meter counter is under monitoring, press "Reset" button, the current length is to be 0
2. When the current length is same as or less than the setting length, press "Reset"button 3 seconds can clear the value.

 

Electrical Connection:

Power supply: DC 24V. Power consumption: 2.5W

Output current: 0.2A can be connected with a equipment of DC 24V voltage or any other equipment with the same voltage.
